Feed that chocolate craving WITHOUT the guilt!


Black Bean Brownies

1-15.5 oz can black beans (rinsed and drained) (350 cal)
0.5 c Hershey’s Special Dark Cocoa Powder (80 cal)
6 Tbsp All Whites egg white substitute (50 cal) – can substitute for two full egg whites
0.5 c Truvia Brown Sugar Blend (240 cal)
1 Tbsp vegetable oil (40 cal)
¼ bag of Ghiradelli mini dark chocolate chips (330 cal)
1 Tbsp Almond milk (4 cal)
1 Tbsp instant espresso powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
*Preheat oven to 350°. After rinsing and draining black beans, place in blender along with all other ingredients EXCEPT chocolate chips, and blend until smooth. Add chocolate chips, mix thoroughly and pour into greased 11x7 baking pan. Bake 26-30 minutes and enjoy!
