My ALL TIME FAVORITE lunch time meal prep!


1.5 lbs Tyson chicken breast (660 cal)
1 can Tostito’s salsa (130 cal)
1 can no-salt added Rotel (62 cal)
Seasoning to taste

*Put all ingredients in crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Using two forks shred chicken and serve up!

Yields 4 servings, 213 cal/serving
Macros: 9.6 g carbs/ 35.1 g protein/ 3.8 g fat
