Whether you prefer the oven or the grill... this chicken dinner is for you!
Italian Chicken and Veggie Foil Packet
24 oz diced Tyson chicken breast (660 cal)
2 c frozen broccoli florts (46 cal)
2 c chopped red bell pepper
2 c chopped zucchini (36 cal)
1 c grape tomatoes (27 cal)
1 c chopped yellow onion (64 cal)
2 Tbsp olive oil (239 cal)
2 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt/pepper/garlic powder to taste
*Preheat oven to 400◦. Combine all ingredients in large mixing
bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cut 4 12x12 inch pieces of foil and lay out on
counter. Place ~a quarter of the ingredients on the foil, fold foil over, and
form tight seal at each of the three edges. Bake for ~20 minutes – make sure
chicken is thoroughly cooked through. (Feel free to cut the recipe in half so
it only makes 2 foil packets.) You can also throw these on the grill for ~15
minutes instead of the oven.
